Supervisor of Custodial Services

The UNM-Gallup Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Custodial Services. Under general direction, the Custodial Supervisor, supervises the daily activities of custodial services, including personnel assignment, training and management, quality, assurance, and inventory control. Work is performed using work orders and maintaining records on inventory tracking system. The position may work on-call, overtime and weekends as required. The position requires physical activity and exposure to indoor and outdoor elements including hazardous material, which require following basic safety precautions.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
