State Mandated ServSafe Food Safety Class Coming to Gallup on Sept. 14
Gallup, NM — August 5, 2026 - All food service and hospitality employees in Gallup now have the opportunity to register for the upcoming in person ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification Class on September 14.
This isn’t just another training session. It’s a state requirement. Under New Mexico law, every foodservice establishment must have at least one certified food protection manager on site. The September 14 class offers a fast, reliable path to meeting that mandate — with instructor-led training and a same-day proctored exam.
