GALLUP CHILI FEST AT RIO WEST

Saturday, September 29, Noon-6pm

Join us for the first-ever chili fest in Gallup, held under the big top outside of Rio West Mall. This event will be FREE to attend, but to become part of the voting and chili tasting action you must purchase a $5 tasting ticket. All tasting ticket proceeds will benefit The Community Pantry.

Event day activities include:

• Chili Tasting and "People's Choice" Awards to best red & verde chili and salsa, with $700 in cash prizes
• Local Celebrity Judges (Who? Announcements coming soon!)
• Live Music on Stage (Local and regional music of all kinds.)

                 Noon-1pm: Contigo
                1:15-2pm: Squash Blossom Bike Race Awards Ceremony
                2-3pm: Winginit
                3:30-4:30pm: Voo Doo Rhythm
                5-6pm: The Poetic Minds

• Classic Car Show from Noon-6pm. Registration is $20 and includes a dash plaque and T-Shirt. Sign up at the Mall Management office or the morning of the event.
• Bounce House and Face-painting for the Kids- fee applies
• Squash Blossom Classic"Screamer Mountain Bike Race" Awards Ceremony at 1:15pm
