CROP Walk
CROP Walk (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty). Walk to raise awareness of the hungry in our community and worldwide. One fourth of the funds donated will support the work of the Jim Harlin Community Pantry. Sponsored by Church World Service, a first responder international organization. CWS responds to people in need globally who are victims of natural disasters, war, and violence. Their work includes support for refugees fleeing terrorism and slavery.

Sunday, October 19 Tours of the Pantry and Hope Gardens at 1 and 1:30 pm. The 1.5 mile walk will begin at 2 pm. Vehicles will follow the route to provide respite for anyone who can't finish the walk. Snacks and Water provided by the Pantry.
