$125 per person or $500 for four-person team
Includes, Breakfast, snacks, lunch, green fees, golf cart, range balls, gifts and prizes and after tournament cookout and awards.
There will be on site raffles, hole-in-one, closest to the pin and longest drive contests for men and women.
Sign up no later than Thursday, September 12th.
