Lean 101 Manufacturing - Lego Planes
This full day workshop teaches a system-wide approach to maximizing material flow and the elimination of waste. Learn to avoid defects, overproduction, waiting, non-value processing, transportation, inventory, motion, and under-utilized employees. The simulation we will be building planes via Legos.
