UNM-G Small Business Development Center is co-sponsoring a workshop with the N.M. Taxation & Revenue Department. This workshop covers basic taxes and how to file reports properly to avoid penalties. The NMTRD will explain Gross Receipts Tax, Compensating Tax, Withholding Tax and the proper use of Non-Taxable Transaction Certificates. Presenter will also discuss taxable and nontaxable transactions and basic record keeping. The workshop is FREE of charge. Early registration is encouraged to reserve a seat.
